    Equicize incorporates mounted strength building, stretches and biomechanical awareness which improves cardiovascular and muscular fitness for riders of all ages.

    No matter what level of fitness a rider starts at, when the Equicize system is practiced regularly, everyone will see improvement in balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility. 

  • Hunter/Jumper

    A lifelong horsewoman, Sally brings a broad range of experience to her clinics. With over 30 years coaching collegiate riders and teaching riders of all ages and abilities, Sally's clinic participants benefit from her wealth of knowledge of horses and horsemanship.

  • Polocrosse

    Sally is the author of the first book published on the sport, Polocrosse: Australian Made, Internationally Played. Sally has completed polocrosse and jumping clinics at Alaska, Hawaii and New England Pony Clubs and riding centers and references are available on request.
